Article 1 (Scope and Service Overview)

These Terms of Service ("these Terms") apply commonly to the following apps, provided by the STIL. family and referred to collectively as "the Service": STIL. (an app that extracts the best frames from video and photos, with upscaling and filter editing — available as an iOS app and as the web version at stil.photo), STIL.ART (an iOS app that scans kids' artwork and turns it into framed pieces, 3D models, and photobooks), STIL.TOON (an iOS app that turns faces in photos into illustrations using Apple Intelligence), STIL.BIZ (an iOS app that reads business cards and organizes them into contacts), STIL.RECEIPT (an iOS app that reads receipts and organizes them into expenses), STIL.NOTE (an iOS app that transcribes and summarizes recordings), and STIL.HUB (an iOS / macOS app that lets you control your Mac from your iPhone). Across the Service, all analysis, editing, and generation of media completes on your device, and media files such as photos, videos, artwork, business cards, receipts, and recordings are never sent to our servers.

Article 2 (Usage Conditions)

The Service is available only to users who agree to the following conditions.

You agree to these Terms
You comply with applicable laws
You do not use the Service to infringe on copyrights or other rights

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

The following actions are prohibited.

Unauthorized access or overloading the Service
Processing or distributing content that infringes copyrights, portrait rights, or privacy
Reverse engineering, copying, or modifying the Service
Any other action that violates laws or public order

Article 4 (Billing and Subscriptions)

STIL., STIL.ART, STIL.TOON, STIL.BIZ, STIL.RECEIPT, and STIL.NOTE each offer a paid "Pro" plan that unlocks all features. All billing, payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Apple's App Store. The plan types offered vary by app (monthly, yearly, or a one-time purchase, or a combination of these).

Plans

Monthly plan — an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly.
Yearly plan — an auto-renewing subscription billed yearly.
Lifetime plan — a single purchase that unlocks all features permanently (no auto-renewal).

Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The renewal charge is applied within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from "Settings" → your Apple ID → "Subscriptions" on your iOS device.
The same screen is also reachable from "Manage Subscription" inside the STIL.TOON app.

Refunds

Refunds follow Apple's refund policy. Please request refunds directly from Apple's support page: reportaproblem.apple.com

Pricing

The current price of each plan is shown on each app's product page in the App Store. Prices may vary by region and exchange rate, and may change without notice.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided as-is, with no warranty of fitness for purpose, continuity, or accuracy. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Article 6 (Service Changes and Termination)

The operator may change, add features to, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The operator is not liable for damages caused to users as a result.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

The operator may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
