Terms of Service

STIL. ("the Service") is a browser-based tool for extracting frames from video and photos, with upscaling and filter editing. All processing happens on your device. Media files are never sent to a server.

The Service is available only to users who agree to the following conditions.

• You agree to these Terms
• You comply with applicable laws
• You do not use the Service to infringe on copyrights or other rights

The following actions are prohibited.

• Unauthorized access or overloading the Service
• Processing or distributing content that infringes copyrights, portrait rights, or privacy
• Reverse engineering, copying, or modifying the Service
• Any other action that violates laws or public order

The Service is provided as-is, with no warranty of fitness for purpose, continuity, or accuracy. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

The operator may change, add features to, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The operator is not liable for damages caused to users as a result.

The operator may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
